Matty's Place - Winona, MN
Matty’s Place aims to assist families in working together to provide a happy, helpful home for their children. To support families successfully, Matty’s Place brings together a team of professionals who care about and work on behalf of children, including social workers, law enforcement, prosecutors, case managers, and advocates. The team approach is used to ensure there is solid, thorough, and on-going support for the family.
In the event of children being removed from the home, Matty’s Place strives to reduce trauma and aid the family in re-building and maintaining healthy relationships. Matty’s Place staff members work closely with other professionals to assist the family in returning to a safe and secure position. Services include forensic interviews, supervised visitations, child exchanges, and family group decision making conferences. Who They Serve

Hope Coalition Kids Count - Red Wing, MN
Hope Coalition's mission is to end domestic violence, child abuse, and homelessness so that every person has the opportunity to live life to its fullest, while treating those we serve with respect, compassion, and dignity.
Kids Count is the youth advocacy program part of Hope Coalition that aims to provide safety and support to youth (pregnancy through age 18) who have experienced neglect, emotional, physical or sexual abuse, or who have witnessed domestic violence. The goal of Kids Count is to help youth (pregnancy through 18 years of age) affected by abuse understand that what happened was not their fault, and to educate them in ways to STOP the cycle of violence.
